My wife went in there 29.01.2011 and asked for an egg maio sandwitch on granery bread. The girl gave her the sandwitch on white bread. Instead of saying sorry madam I'll make you another one and put that one on the shelf to sell. They opened up the white bread sandwitch and scraped out the egg onto the granery bread. Every time you go in there they are extremly miserable especially the elder lady. The people in the Goring shop are Much nicer. We would complain diectly to Merry Miller but don't know how..
